AAMSSA FDA & MCC Claims
Dear AAMSSA Member,
It has come to our attention that a certain company/ies are promoting its skincare range as being:
1. FDA Approved, and
2. Registered with the MCC (the now “South African Health Products Regulatory Authority” (SAHPRA)).
We have attempted to verify these claims on the listings posted with SAHPRA and on the SAHPRA website, as well as with the FDA, and could not verify it.
